  5.训练计划的协调安排 — 课计划、周计划、月计划、年度计划
 
  建议1:在一次训练课中,不会有什么明显的效果,必须与前后的训练相联系,才可能达到更好效果。所有的训练,包括课计划、周计划、月计划、年度计划都必须是完整的、相互联系的。
 
  建议2:把课时训练与年度训练联系起来,这是一个非常重要的方面。
 
  甲级俱乐部球队的年度组织和我们业余足球是两个思路。职业联赛全年都有比赛,而业余足球是约场制。职业联赛的球队,如下一赛季在3月中旬开始之前,要在2个半月左右的时间内在技术、战术、体能上做一些基础性的准备。这是整个赛季的准备期。联赛开始后将没有时间进行充分的准备。如果在联赛期间进行体能训练,则队员会非常疲劳。所以体能的储备必须在联赛开始之前。联赛开始之前的体能储备不足,是不可能取得好成绩的。
